Lodging at Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center

Rooms have been reserved at the Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center for the entire time of the Reunion.  You may start making reservations at the Canaan Valley Resort on December 1, 2007 by calling 1-800-622-4121 (“press 1”) between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.  Remember to say you are with the National Youth Science Foundation.

The Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center also has a campground available. The 2008 Campground Application Form (PDF) is available for download. Here are the starting dates for campground reservation acceptance:

1. Mail-In Reservations: Accepted beginning February 15, 2008. Postmarked on or after February 15, 2008 (postmarks prior to that date will be returned). Only six (6) reservations per envelope are accepted.
2. Call-In Reservations: Accepted beginning March 15, 2008. Phone reservations are accepted between 8 AM and 4 PM, M-F. Calls received before March 15, 2008, will be mailed an application.
3. Walk-In Reservations: Accepted beginning April 15, 2008. Walk-Ins before April 15, 2008, will be given an application or instructed to call for a reservation.

Lodging Elsewhere

If you will be finding your own accommodations, staying with friends, or are a local and want to join in the reunion activities, you can join us at the hotel or at the activity. You will be responsible for arranging your own accomodations (if applicable), and also for the reunion registration fee.
