Please fill out and submit the online registration form below. You can also mail your completed registration form to the address below, or fax your registration form to (866) 833-0875. You can submit an online payment via PayPal, mail a check to the following address, or send a check from your online banking account to the following address made payable to the "NYSC Alumni Association." NYSCAA Reunion 2011 Accomodations: The Hotel Minneapolis is our reunion hotel. Please see the Accommodations page for more information. Saturday's Reunion Dinner: If you would like to invite your friends, family members, or significant other to join us just for Saturday evening's reunion dinner, please choose the Reunion Dinner option under registration fees. Meals: The meals included in the registration fees are snacks and beverages, one lunch during Friday's excusions, and Saturday's Reunion Dinner. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements in the comments section. Room Sharing: If you are traveling as a single and would like to be set up to share a double room, register below as such, and fill in the roommate section with your preferences. Financial Aid: We hope to be able to offer financial aid again this year. This will ultimately depend on funding availability. Please let us know if you need financial aid and we will do our best to accommodate you. |
