Come join us in the exciting city of Nashville, Tennessee for the NYSCAA 49th Reunion in the South from August 2-5, 2012! There are tons of great things to do in the area: The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson, a Parthenon replica, great parks and botanical gardens, Lane Motor Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Civil War sites, multiple art museums, a fantastic children’s museum with fun science-related sections, plantation homes, historic recording studios and music venues, and tons of live music!
NYSCAA reunions are always flexible, so please join us as much as you can even if you can't spend the whole weekend with us. Nashville is a beautiful, friendly city and we’ll have a great time exploring with science camp friends and family. Register today! We'd love to see you for the whole reunion, but if your schedule is tight, you're more than welcome to join us to spend the day with fellow alumni, the special Reunion Dinner on Saturday, or just to say hi (just select the Single Day option on the registration form). Whether you'll be attending or not, make sure to update your alumni profile in the Alumni Directory. AccomodationsAccommodations have been reserved at the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt on the edge of the beautiful Vanderbilt University campus next to downtown Nashville. The NYSCAA has blocked a set of rooms at the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt. The discounted room rate is $104 plus tax for a Standard Double-Double room (2 beds, single or double occupancy) and includes free wi-fi and free parking. All rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave. This special rate is guaranteed for reservations made by July 13, 2012 (or until the block is full).
