Here is the schedule of events as of March 8, 2018.

At Snowshoe Mountain Resort, the Cardina Room in Mountain Lodge near the common area will be designated as our Hospitality Suite where you can come by for check-in, snacks, questions, etc.

- Possible early visit to Camp Allegheny (where many of us have spent 4th of July at NYSCamp) - provide your own transportation (carpool)
- After 3:00pm: Check-In for Reunion (Cardinal Room in Mountain Lodge)
- 4:30pm to 8:00pm: Visiting in Hospitality Suite (Cardinal Room in Mountain Lodge)
- Dinner on your own with fellow Alumni! (Many options at Snowshoe)

- 12:00pm to 5:30pm: Optional trip to Sinks of Gandy Creek for Peter Mulvey Concert in a Cave. VIP seating in the very back, will experience this unique event with the NYSCamp 2018 delegates!
- 7:30am to 4:00pm: Optional outdoor activities at Nelson Rocks and visit Camp Allegheny 9:00am to 2:30pm
- 10:00am to 4:00pm: Optional visit to Green Bank Observatory (previously NRAO and all those cool radio telescopes)
- 11:00am to 6:00pm: Optional visit to Cass Scenic Railroad (Bald Knob Trip 12:00pm to 5:00pm)
- Dinner on your own with fellow Alumni!

- 9:00am to 11:00am: Alumni Seminars
- 11:30am to 5:00pm: Visit to Camp Pocahontas and BBQ Lunch 12:15pm to 4:00pm
- 12:30pm to 1:30pm: BBQ Lunch (Inclement Weather - Circus Tent)
- 1:30pm to 2:00pm: All Camp Photo / Alumni Photo on the Green
- 2:00pm to 3:00pm: Peter Mulvey Hangout/Seminar/Sing-Along
- 3:00pm to 4:00pm: Director’s Reception Tea @ Camp Pocahontas
- Dinner on your own with fellow Alumni!

- 9:00am to 9:45am: NYSCAA Annual Member Meeting
- 10:00am to 5:00pm: Leave to visit the NYSCenter 12:00pm to 3:45pm
- 12:00pm to 1:00pm: Lunch (at the NYSCenter)
- 1:00pm to 2:15pm: Tour the NYSCenter property and its facilities
- Learn about NYSF Programs and Plans (at NYSCenter)
- Walk out to Ronald G Pearson Bridge, walk to marked areas for future facilities, and exploration.
- 2:15pm to 3:30pm: Visit Blackwater Falls (a few miles from NYSCenter)
- 3:45pm to 5:45pm: Travel back to Snowshoe Resort
- 7:30pm to 11:00pm: 55th Anniversary Dinner and Celebration
